What is "elegant casual" attire?

I am going to Parrot Cay in the Turks and Caicos for my honeymoon and attire is elegant casual. I need to know what to pack to take with me to the resort.

It basically just means where close that are comfortable, but still look nice. You want to avoid shorts (most of the time, some do allow them) t-shirts, jeans, tank tops, etc. Some nice pants, like dockers, and some button up shirts or polo shirts work well.
