It is a great vacation. You could also look into Club Med or Superclubs. Finally, you could check out the Atlantis resort in the Bahamas, it is great and a lot of fun for kids as well.
One other suggestion would be a cruise to the Caribbean. You could go with a line that is more kid friendly like Royal Caribbean or Carnival, you could even go with Disney. It is great for the whole family and a lot of fun.
