i dont think it can be that hard, christ u can get divorced over a weekend! go friday hit the beach saturday sign the paper, hit the clubs, sunday go home free..how hard can a letter be?

The address of the person you're sending it too.
That it could likely take 3 months to arrive there? Mail has been moving through the Caribbean at a literal snail's pace lately! Other than that, just slap the address on there, enough stamps (safe to aim for a dollar, I think) and slip it in the mailbox.
All you need to know is that you've got at least a dollar in your pocket, an address in haiti to mail it to and where the post office is..
Keep in mind that everything in Haiti is in turmoil right now, your friend might not get the letter for a long time.
Unless times have changed for the better, there didn't used to be mail delivery in P-au-P. The mail for the Church and School came in via the Agape flight, so it was delivered directly from the airport. But, When I lived there I had to have a post office box and that was NOT easy to get. If you know the exact address of the person you are sending the letter too, you can try sending it and seeing what happens but, as you know, addresses don't necessarily mean anything there.
